Find a hill about 30 yards long and do the following circuit ONE time resting as shown.
Don’t have a hill or your weather is awful? Don’t worry, you’ll discover a list of exercises that replace sprints… using ZERO equipment.

Sprint up the hill, rest 30 secs, then walk down the hill Sprint up the hill, rest 30 secs
